Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number from the shipping carrier. This will enable you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

Generally, the delivery time for orders is estimated to be 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Backorders

In case any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items first. Once the back-ordered item is back in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping and handling cost.

Sign for packages

As per standard courier practice, we recommend inspecting the contents of the parcel before signing for the delivery. This will ensure that any damages incurred during transit can be addressed promptly.

Standard return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Funny.com, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the following conditions are met:

The item is in new or unused condition, and it is accompanied by all original parts and documentation.

Items that have been damaged, dented, or missing major components due to buyer actions may not be eligible for return.

Items with heat-seal are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse, such as inappropriate size, color, quality, or accidental orders.

Defective/damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product due to our mistakes, we will make it right by:

Replacing the product or issuing a refund
