I was a kid... I didn't get to fully enjoy the 90's but I was there through most of it! I remember the original Game Boy lol they put Pokemon Red and Blue version cartridges in my Happy Meal.
this is mostly american stuff, like the dumb-ass catchphrases. but we still have rare coins here in some European countries :D

(I still make cootie catchers, just b/c I can) Now I will be going to sleep singing: This is the song that doesn't end. Yes, it goes on and on my friends! Some people started singing it, not knowing what it was. And, they'll continue singing it 4-ever just because this is the song that doesn't end. Yes, it goes on and on my friends! Some people started singing it, not knowing what it was. And, they'll continue singing it 4-ever just because this is the song that doesn't end. Yes, it goes on and on my friends! now this is a story all about how, my life got flipped turned upside down and i'd like to take a minute just sit right there, I'll tell you how i became the prince of a town called bel-air, doo doo doo do ba dooba doo doo doo iiiiin west philadelphia born and raised on the playground was where i spent most of my days, chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool and all shootin' some b-ball outside of the school when a couple of guys they were up to no good, started makin trouble in the neighborhood, I got in one little fight and my mum got scared she said "You're movin' wit' your auntie and uncle in bel-air" *incomprehensible verse* first class, yo this is bad, drinkin' orange juice out of a champagne glass, is this what the people of bel-air livin' like? mmmmmmmmmmmmm, this might be alright, I whistled for a cab, and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror, if anything I thought that this cab was rare, but then I thought "nah forget it, yo home, to bel-air!" I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie "Yo home! Smell ya later!" I looked at my kingdom I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of bel-air. Best theme tune evar!

yeah all true! haha i was born 1990 and i remember Macarena was funky stupid but hard to admit i also danced whenever i hear that..haha
This list is a bit off. Cootie catchers have been around forever. As a child of the 80's we did them all the time. Lite brite? No you would remember the Lite brite cube. Light brites where awesome in the 80's. Carebears where also 80's. They did have a remake of sorts in the LATE 90's, but are truely coming back NOW. And the phrase "Why don't you marry it" was an 80's phrase. It was an ongoing joke on Pee-Wee's Playhouse. Oh that's right you wouldn't know that show. You would know that Paul Reuben got arrested for indecent behavior in an adult theater though.
"...on the playground was where I spent most of my days!" God I loved the Fresh Prince. I MISS THE 90s. There should be one of these for the 80s. -sniffle- The good old 90s...
Wow...you really don't realize how much you miss the 90s. This was really cool!
I remember everything. I was 6 years old in 1992. I still even remember to make that little paper cootie catcher thing...I should make it and bring it to work.
oh, and also lion king, the old blues clues, references to bill clinton as president, and tick-tack-toe being a big deal
beautiful. ive started to read this before i go to sleep.
wow i did or remember at least 99% of these things. ha good times.
I was born in 94 but I remember a lot of these things, like captain planet and cops in robbers and a lot of the things at the top.
And how the girls would poof their bangs (in the early 90's)
Ok, now you've gone and made me feel old for remembering most of that. Any i'm only 18, so its a bit early for that.
:( anybody got a time-machine? hey does anyone remember the pokemon cards? and crazy-bones (playing for keepsies, lol) ahhh those were the days...
